Carrie Willis

Board Member

Carrie began serving on the PCD Foundation Board in 2016 and is Chair of the Finance Committee. Part of her life’s work, inspired by her daughter’s PCD diagnosis, is committed to supporting the PCD Foundation in its efforts to find a cure.

Carrie is the Chief Operating Officer at Granite Partners, where she oversees strategic operations and focuses on investing activities to drive growth. Previously, she spent a decade in investment banking and financial advisory. Carrie graduated from Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, and earned an MBA from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. She is actively involved in her community as a Trustee for the Initiative Foundation Board and volunteers at her church. Personally, she cherishes time with family, on their hobby farm, or in the great outdoors.
