The PCD Foundation is pleased to announce that
Todd J. Truax has accepted a position as a director on
the PCD Foundation board. Todd holds a BA in Business
Administration from the University of Northern Iowa, an
MBA in finance from the University of Iowa and is a
Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Todd has more
than 20 years experience in corporate finance and has
served as the chief financial officer or principal in a
wide variety of corporate settings. Currently, Todd is
the Senior Vice President of RNR, Inc. and serves on the
faculty of the University of Phoenix as a professor in
the Business Department. Todd and his wife, Lori, reside
in New River, Arizona and have one grown son.
As the PCD Foundation grows, we will continue to rely
on the leadership and diverse contributions provided by
our board of directors. Strategic financial growth is
crucial to the health of every organization and we are
delighted to add Todd’s expertise to our board. Please
